How to Brew Toucha

Earthy, deep, and mellow, developing more complexity with age.

Produced in China's Yunnan province, the birthplace of pu-erh tea.

Here is how to brew Toucha for a clean, full-flavoured cup. One ingredient. Nothing added.

How to Brew Toucha

  1. Measure about 2 g of Toucha into your cup or teapot.
  2. Heat fresh, filtered water to 95-100 C.
  3. Pour the water over the Toucha and steep for 5-7 minutes.
  4. Strain and serve.

Tips

  • Storage: Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight, tightly sealed after opening.
