- While you might be more familiar with cooking with vanilla pastes and extracts, nothing beats the rich flavour of our organic gourmet whole vanilla beans.
- If you truly want the best quality vanilla beans, you need to choose organic vanilla beans like ours. They’re packed with flavour and aroma, making them perfect for cooking and baking.
- You can use our vanilla beans to make your own vanilla extract. Simply steep five to six whole vanilla beans into a cup of strong alcohol such as vodka or rum, and seal them up tight for a minimum of six weeks. The longer you leave it, the better your extract will be.
- Vanilla beans can be used to flavour any dessert or drink, but they pair best with cream or milk based desserts like ice creams, custards and even tiramisu.
