How to Brew Arrowroot Powder

1. Sift 2 tsp of Arrowroot Powder into a bowl.
2. Add a little water heated to 80 C.
3. Whisk briskly in a zig-zag motion until smooth and frothy.
4. Top up with hot water or steamed milk and drink straight away.

Tips

• Storage: Store in a cool, dry place, tightly sealed.
• In the kitchen: Used as a thickener: mix about 2 tsp (6g) with 250ml cold liquid before heating gently for 2-3 minutes to thicken sauces, soups and desserts.
