How to Brew Wormwood

How to Brew Wormwood

  1. Measure 2g of Wormwood into your cup or teapot per 250 ml of water.
  2. Heat fresh, filtered water to 100 C.
  3. Pour the water over the Wormwood and steep for 5-7 minutes.
  4. Strain and serve strain and enjoy, hot, sip slowly.

Tips

  • Storage: Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight, tightly sealed after opening.
  • In the kitchen: In German and other Central European kitchens, mugwort is a classic seasoning herb for roast goose and other fatty meats.
