How to Brew Blue Melilot

  1. Measure 2g of Blue Melilot into your cup or teapot per 250 ml of water.
  2. Heat fresh, filtered water to 100 C.
  3. Pour the water over the Blue Melilot and steep for 5-7 minutes.
  4. Strain and serve hot.

Tips

  • Storage: Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight, tightly sealed after opening.
